Each toe fits inside its own individual fabric sleeve. This helps reduce direct skin-on-skin contact between neighbouring toes—the rubbing that can become uncomfortable as the miles add up.

The fabric also surrounds the spaces between your toes, helping manage moisture where ordinary socks can leave skin touching skin.

Roll the sock down towards the toe section before putting it on. Gently place each toe into its individual sleeve, then gradually pull the sock over your foot and heel.

Make sure every toe feels comfortably positioned and smooth out any folds before putting on your footwear.
